What makes Hercalley different from other watch roll companies?
Aside from making amazing watch rolls a few things set Hercalley apart from the rest:
- We are a family owned and operated small business out of the Boston, MA area. Every order will be serviced by our team with our Founder Tom ensuring every order meets his meticulous standards of quality.
- With every watch roll purchased we donate a portion of the sale to the Feeding America Organization which will provide a minimum of 10 meals with every sale to families in need across the United States.
- We are an active part of the local, national, and global watch enthusiast community and have a true passion for watches and connecting directly with everyone. Our mission is to provide our fellow watch enthusiasts with a high-quality watch roll they can use for years to come!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide.How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply send us an email at customersupport@hercalley.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. Product must remain in its original packaging without signs of use.
Do you offer custom watchrolls?
For wholesale orders of 50 or more watchrolls (same size and style) we offer custom services where you can pick from different styles of leather and a wide variety of colors, even including a custom logo. Simply contact us at customersupport@hercalley.com or use the contact form to get started. Great option for watch groups and work gifts!
Do you offer your watch rolls for sale at any physical retail stores?
Currently Hercalley watch rolls are exclusively available on hercalley.com.
